The Bundesliga fixture between Borussia Dortmund and VFL Bochum ended with a 3-0 victory for the home team. A spectacular performance by Youssoufa Moukoko and the double penalty, all in the first half won them the game placing them third in the league three points behind the league leaders Bayern Munich.
In the 8th minute Moukoko received the ball in the centre, turned against the marking and fired a rocket to give Dortmund a stunning goal. After three minutes Lampropoulos brought Malen to the ground within the penalty area, and Dortmund was given a penalty. Giovanni Reyna took the penalty, moved the goalkeeper and scored the second goal for the home team. When Rayna entered the penalty area and started to move faster, Soares knocked him giving Dortmund yet another penalty. Youssoufa Moukoko took Dortmund's second penalty and scored his second of the match.
With the victory, Borussia Dortmund reached 25 points, conquered a position and established itself in the G-4 of the competition. Bochum remains in the penultimate position with only seven points conquered, being the worst attack and the most leaked defense.
