Manchester City defeated Young Boys 3-1 on the road, and Celtic, another British team, drew 2-2 with Atletico Madrid in Glasgow.
Erling Haaland was back on the scoresheet in both games.
PSG topped the hotly contested Group F with six points with to goals from Mbappe, Randal Kolo Muani, and Kang-in Lee in Paris against Milan.
"We are very proud of our performance," Kolo Muani said to Canal Plus.
