The 26th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022 will face Lahore Qalandars against Karachi Kings. The match will take place in Karachi's Gaddafi Stadium.

In the points table, the Lahore Qalandars is ranked 2nd. So far, they've won five of their seven games. In their previous match, they easily defeated Quetta Gladiators.

The bowlers bowled excellently after electing to bowl first, reducing the Gladiators to 141 in their quota of 20 overs. In the process, they took seven wickets. As the Qalandars chased down the total in the 18th over to win the game by eight wickets, the batters stepped up and defended their bowlers.

Karachi Kings, on the other side, are at the bottom of the standings and are struggling. They've lost all eight of their games so far, and nothing has gone right for them. They were so close to scoring their first win recently, but they couldn't hold their nerves and lost to Multan Sultans.

The Kings played first and scored 174, losing six wickets in the process. The bowlers put forth a heroic effort to force the game into the final over, but they were unable to defend the total, and the Sultans won by seven wickets.

Gaddafi Stadium has a strong batting surface. As the ball comes nicely onto the bat, batsmen can play their strokes freely right from the start of their innings. Expect the playing surface to remain true throughout the match.
