The first of three unofficial tests between India A vs South Africa A will take place at Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein on Tuesday, 23rd November 2021.
The Indian A team, led by Priyank Panchal, has a powerful squad. Ishan Kishan recently played in the IPL, the T20 World Cup, and the T20I series against New Zealand. Prithvi Shaw and Devdutt Padikkal didn't play the mega event in the UAE, but they are both promising players.
The top of the order is Abhimanyu Easwaran, who has a lot of experience. Sarfaraz Khan has fallen down the batting order after impressing in the early part of his career, but there is a chance for him to prove himself. Baba Aparajith and Hanuma Vihari are expected to provide balance to the middle orders.
Deepak Chahar and Rahul Chahar have also recently played international cricket. Umran Malik cranked up a fair amount of pace for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. Also, Navdeep Saini and Ishan Porel must get to the opposition's batting.
For red-ball matches, India A has an experienced and well-balanced team. They seem stronger than the other team without a doubt. Many of their players have played international cricket.
