In their final group-stage match, the Royal Challengers suffered a disheartening loss after scoring only 125/9 when batting first. Smriti Mandhana continued to struggle as she only managed to score 24 off 25. Richa Ghosh's 29 off 13 helped Bangalore cross 100 runs. Mumbai's bowlers delivered a strong performance despite losing the last two games. Issy Wong and Natalie Sciver-Brunt each claimed two wickets, Amelia Kerr grabbed three for 22.
The batters struggled in their chase despite Hayley Matthews and Yastika Bhatia pulling a 53-run stand for the opening wicket. But Amelia Kerr's 31* off 27 helped the Mumbai Indians chase the target in 16.3 overs.
