Tyrell Malacia's transfer to Manchester United has been agreed upon with Feyenoord, and the club is hopeful that a transaction will be finalised soon.
The package, which costs about £13 million initially with an additional £1.7 million in add-ons, is anticipated to have a sell-on clause. Reaching a consensus on personal terms with the 22-year-old shouldn't be difficult. United intensified their pursuit of Malacia in an effort to outbid Lyon for his services, and the Dutch club recently announced that a fee had been settled.
As the head coach of Ajax, Erik ten Hag had extensively scouted the 22-year-old, noting his speed, positional knowledge, high interception rate, and capacity to attack space. Malacia fits the profile of player the Dutchman wants at Old Trafford and he shares an agency - HCM Sports Management - with Frenkie de Jong; the club's premier target this summer. The same agency also represents Donny van de Beek and Victor Lindelof.
